Are you a manufacturer or a printing service?
Affura Plast is a flexible packaging manufacturer. We consider the material structure, flexographic print and packaging format together to manufacture printed roll and bag solutions.
Where are your factory and branch?
Our main factory is in Gaziantep’s Organized Industrial Zone, and our Syrian branch is in Aleppo. The maps on our contact page provide location and directions links.
Which products are supplied as rolls or bags?
We supply printed rolls for snacks, ice cream, biscuits and chocolate, and bags for coffee. Pulses, spices and frozen vegetables can be supplied in either rolls or bags. The suitable format depends on your product and filling line.
Can coffee bags include a valve and zipper?
We assess one-way valve and zipper options according to the coffee, bag format and intended use. Sharing the fill weight and desired packaging style helps us identify a suitable option.
How do you select materials and layers?
We assess protection needs against moisture, oxygen and light alongside storage conditions and the filling line. Technical specifications for structures such as PET/PE, OPP/CPP and other suitable options are agreed before the order.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities vary with dimensions, material structure, roll or bag format and print design. We review your product and required quantity to prepare a quote rather than applying one fixed minimum to every order.
How should I prepare artwork for printing?
Share your logo, existing artwork, packaging dimensions and brand colours where available. Our team will confirm print preparation, cut dimensions and technical details with you. Final artwork and specifications are approved before production.
Can I review a sample before production?
We review samples and the packaging structure with you before production. The type, preparation and delivery of a sample are agreed with our team according to your product and the project stage.
How long do production and delivery take?
Timing depends on quantity, materials, print preparation, artwork approval and shipping destination. Once the specification and design are agreed, we share a production and delivery schedule for your order.
What information do you need for a quote?
